Job summary

Citi Philippines is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 to monitor, analyze and evaluate data and policies within the reference data domain.

The role focuses on maintaining customer accounts, security and pricing data, identifying data quality improvements, and supporting project delivery while ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance in a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of client/counterparty/account data management experience.
• Understanding of client needs/expectations.
• Financial services qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain customer accounts, security and pricing data across systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels.
• Act as backup for manager.
• Provide direction to team and training needs.
• Manage the delivery of project initiatives and supervise junior staff.
• Assess risk in decisions, safeguarding Citi's reputation and compliance with laws; escalate and report control issues.
