Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in Manila to monitor, assess, and analyze data processes. You will manage customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems and provide guidance to the team while supporting regional shifts (APAC/EMEA/NAM).

The role emphasizes data quality improvements, policy adherence, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate reference data and client service levels in a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization
• Good awareness of client needs/expectations
• Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and contribute to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data across multiple systems
• Identify opportunities for improvements to data quality and client service levels
• Act as backup for manager
• Provide direction to team, evaluating performance, identifying training requirements
• Responsible for successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for supervising junior staff
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, escalate control issues with transparency
