Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and maintenance of customer, security and pricing data across multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and service levels.
• Act as backup for the manager and provide guidance to the team.
• Supervise junior staff to ensure delivery of project tasks.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citigroup policies.
