Qualifications

Role Description

The Reefer Technician is a full-time, on‑site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. Day‑to‑day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine preventive maintenance, checking temperature controls, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The technician will document all work performed, manage service records, coordinate with supervisors and logistics staff for scheduling repairs, and follow all safety and compliance standards. The role requires hands‑on work in workshop and field environments, occasional emergency repairs, and collaboration with other technical and operations team members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of reefer units and related components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting tools and methods.
• Attention to detail in performing inspections, documenting findings, and maintaining accurate service records.
• Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to industry standards, and proper handling of refrigerants and tools.
