Job summary

CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. is seeking a field-service technician to diagnose, repair, and service Thermo King transport refrigeration units on-site within Metro Manila.

The role focuses on maintaining optimal temperatures and reliability during operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot diesel engines and electrical systems, respond to on-road breakdowns, and document detailed service reports for every visit.

Qualifications

• Experience with Thermo King or transport refrigeration units is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in diesel engines, refrigeration systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and respond to emergency breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Thermo King sub-engine refrigeration units and reefer systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units and diesel sub-engines.
• Troubleshoot diesel engine, refrigeration, electrical, and control system issues.
• Repair refrigerant leaks and recharge refrigeration systems.
• Inspect, repair, and service compressors, alternators, controllers, HMI displays, wiring harnesses, sensors, evaporators, condensers, TXV/expansion valves, belts, bearings, pulleys, starter motors, and charging systems.
• Perform diesel engine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacement, cooling system inspections, and fuel system checks.
• Ensure refrigeration units maintain required temperature settings during operations.
• Respond to on-road and emergency breakdowns when needed.
• Prepare accurate service, maintenance, and repair reports.
