Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on reefer containers.
• Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI) and functional testing before deployment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues.
• Monitor temperature settings and ensure proper operation.
• Perform calibration, refrigerant recovery, and recharging.
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance logs.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations during repairs.
• Coordinate with teams for timely reefer release.
• Participate in emergency repair services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on reefer containers (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, etc.).
• Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI) and functional testing before deployment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
• Monitor temperature settings, defrost cycles, and alarm codes to ensure proper operation.
• Perform calibration, refrigerant recovery, and recharging as per standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance logs for all repaired units.
• Comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies during repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for timely reefer release and unit availability.
• Participate in emergency repair services as required, including on-site troubleshooting in ports, yards, or customer facilities.
