MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking Recruitment Specialists to support our growing operations in the Philippines. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate applicants through the hiring process on-site in Pasay.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferred in HR, psychology, business or related field.
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related roles preferred.
Strong communication, organization and recruitment potential.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through Bossjob, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Review resumes and identify candidates who match job requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews and assess experience, communication, qualifications, availability, and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Endorse qualified candidates for next hiring stages.
Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequent hires.
Meet sourcing, screening, interview, endorsement, and hiring targets.
Support job fairs and recruitment campaigns as needed.
