• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs and source candidates through approved channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct structured initial interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate client or hiring manager interviews.
• Maintain candidate communication and accurate status updates.
• Support offers, requirements and pre-employment follow-up.
