Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment efforts in a hybrid setup. You will partner with hiring managers and the global HR team to attract, assess, and secure qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and cost-effective sourcing across Goway’s global offices, including Manila. The position offers a base salary plus incentives and a range of benefits to support growth in travel

• Supports the global HR team in building out recruitment policies and procedures.
• Acts as the main point of contact for candidate and employee queries on recruitment-related topics, and performs a range of tasks across the recruiting function.
• Maintains compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices.
• Source new and cost-effective outlets for recruitment.

Job purpose:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition efforts by managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience. The role partners with hiring managers and the global HR team to attract, assess, and secure qualified talent while maintaining recruitment standards, compliance, and best practices. This is also contributes to improving recruitment processes, expanding cost-effective sourcing channels, and supporting the company’s ongoing growth across its global offices.

What are your key responsibilities?

The role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Recruiter include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conduct full cycle recruitment activities – posting jobs (internet and print mediums), screening resumes, telephone and in-person interviews, reference checks, offer of employment.
• Supports the global HR team in building out recruitment policies and procedures.
• Acts as the main point of contact for candidate and employee queries on recruitment-related topics, and performs a range of tasks across the recruiting function.
• Maintains compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices.
• Source new and cost-effective outlets for recruitment
