Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in Batangas is seeking a recruiter to source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain ATS and candidate records, post job openings, and support recruitment activities, with onsite work at the Alorica Lipa site and paid training.

We offer a competitive salary package, 20% night differential for applicable roles, free HMO, life insurance, and engaging employee events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Alorica Lipa site
