ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support our hiring needs at the Cubao site. You will screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain ATS records.

We offer a competitive salary package with allowances, 20% night differential for eligible roles, paid training, performance incentives, free HMO (including partners), life insurance, and onsite sleeping quarters for certain shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 6–12 months of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite at Alorica Cubao site, Quezon City.
