Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily recovery workflows across collections and eviction stages.
• Manage team performance against recovery, cost-containment, and quality KPIs.
• Provide QA oversight across collections activities and eviction case handling.
• Train and mentor team members on recovery strategies and compliance.
