Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite
Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger management and account reconciliations
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Maintain the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Conduct thorough account reconciliations and promptly address any discrepancies
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams, to fulfill reporting requirements
• Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Produce and evaluate financial reports using SAP and advanced Excel tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in R2R or General Accounting roles
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience collaborating with international clients or stakeholders
• Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial reportingAdvanced knowledge of SAP
