A leading shared services company is seeking an experienced RTR Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Responsibilities include managing RTR operations, ensuring timely close processes, and supporting audits. This position requires excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and is based in BGC, Taguig with a Monday to Friday, dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with extensive experience in RTR, financial reporting, and period-end close processes.
• Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Lead end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring accurate and timely period-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee preparation and review of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with policies, and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Drive process transitions into shared services and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and use of technology.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team while building strong relationships with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
