Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring accurate and timely period-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
Oversee preparation and review of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with policies, and provide support during internal and external audits.
Drive process transitions into shared services and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and use of technology.
Manage, coach, and develop the team while building strong relationships with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
