Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Store products and materials in designated locations following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation. Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Organize and label inventory for easy identification and retrieval. Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO principles.
• Prepare and issue materials, supplies, and products as requested by departments. Load, unload, and transport stock safely within the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of storage areas. Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
• Assist in arranging warehouse space efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures and inventory control policies. Report safety hazards, damaged goods, or operational concerns immediately.
• Use warehouse equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
