Zusammenfassung

Makati Supermarket Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Supervisor to support accurate financial recording, account reconciliation, and efficient accounting operations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, has strong analytical and leadership skills, and is familiar with VAT regulations and SAP Business One.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or related field.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and manual entries.
Familiarity with SAP Business One.
Knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with tax compliance and VAT-related transactions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective communication.

Aufgaben

Supervise daily accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate financial entries
Monitor account reconciliation and preparation of accounting reports
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Assist in financial analysis and reporting
Monitor compliance with applicable tax regulations and VAT requirements
Coordinate with management and other departments to address accounting concerns
Guide and support accounting personnel to promote accuracy and efficiency
