Job summary

Foundever in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Real Time Analyst to support long-range planning and real-time performance analysis. Under supervision, you will collect, evaluate, and prepare reports for Operations/HR/WFM/Admin and ensure SLA adherence. The role is full-time and onsite at the Eton site with night shifts.

You will generate standard dashboards, monitor queues, manage schedules, and deliver timely insights. Strong Excel skills and reporting know-how are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Real Time Analyst experience or similar
• Knowledge of reporting methods and procedures
• Strong planning and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Self-motivated with ability to complete tasks on time

Responsibilities

• Gather and generate operational reports (volume, utilization) and provide daily/weekly/monthly stats
• Update raw data for reporting databases and templates
• Respond to ad hoc and recurring report requests
• Monitor real-time queue and schedule adherence affecting SLA
• Notify management of staffing spikes and absences
• Report intra-day schedule changes to supervisors/managers
• Create and maintain agent schedules and attendance reporting
• Ensure timely submission of standard reports with accurate data
• Create simple report templates as directed
• Upload monthly data to client applications and deliver reports on time
• Prepare presentations from raw data for in-depth analysis
• Maintain daily data collection and contact/results records
• Answer questions on standard reports and monitoring concepts
• Perform other duties as assigned
