Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP, is hiring a Market Data Support Engineer to join our Manila-based team. You will support real-time market data platforms underpinning client products and trading systems.

You will work across Linux environments, ensure data accuracy and low latency, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver a resilient data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting real-time market data systems in financial services.
• Understanding of market data feeds, exchange connectivity, and vendor platforms.
• Hands-on Linux (Red Hat) experience.
• Scripting for automation: Bash, Perl, Tcl.
• Networking fundamentals (OSI, TCP/IP) and diagnostic skills.
• SQL/databases for data interrogation and issue analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure.
• Focus on data integrity, system reliability, and uptime.
• Independent worker with accountability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support real-time market data feeds across systems.
• Monitor data accuracy, latency, and availability; respond to issues.
• Diagnose data quality, latency, and performance problems.
• Integrate data from multiple sources; distribute to users.
• Optimize pipelines for high throughput and low latency.
• Enhance monitoring, alerts, and automation frameworks.
• Document infrastructure and procedures clearly.
• Collaborate with Trading, Engineering, Product, and Ops.
• Provide out-of-hours support for deployments/incident management.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvements.
