Job summary

Enshored is hiring a Workforce Planner in Cebu City, Philippines. You will design staffing schedules from forecasted needs and partner with clients and site operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.

This role requires 2–3 years in call center forecasting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. It is a fully office-based position with shifting schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (no specification).
• 2–3 years’ workforce forecasting/planning and scheduling experience in a call center environment.
• Advanced knowledge in planning and scheduling methodology & procedures.
• Experience in delivering workforce management processes to a BPO environment.
