Job summary

BAULIG CALA MARKETING CONCEPTS, INC is urgently hiring a Graphic Design/Image Processing Specialist to ensure the highest quality still pictures and virtual tours for our real estate clients. You will perform quality control, edit images in Photoshop, and use internal software to fix issues.

The ideal candidate has strong Photoshop skills (Illustrator a plus), sharp attention to detail, and can thrive in a routine-driven onsite setting. Shifts are 5am–2pm or 2am–11am, Wednesday to Sunday.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Project Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the best quality of still pictures and virtual tours created by our clients who work in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent Photoshop skills, Illustrator skills - preferable, strong technical thinking, and the ability to thrive in aroutine-drivenenvironment. You will use both our internal software and Adobe services to perform quality control and fix issues in the visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform quality control on pictures and correct imperfections.

2. Utilise internal software to identify and correct issues within the assets.

3. Use Photoshop to enhance and fix source images as per requirements.

4. Ensure all stills and virtual tours meet the company’s high standards of accuracy and quality.

5. Efficiently manage routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

6. Be able to achieve set thresholds and team targets.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in image editing with Adobe Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator knowledge will be considered as an advantage.

2. Understanding different image formats, such as JPEG, TIFF, PNG. Knowing how image resolution and aspect ratio affect images and displays on the screens.

3. Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

4. Ability to learn fast and effectively use proprietary internal software (training provided).

5. Technical thinking with the ability to see and correct imperfections.

6. Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools and processes.

7. Ability to tolerate and excel in routine, repetitive tasks.
