You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demos and onboarding—while collaborating with internal teams. The role offers a graveyard shift, on-site work, and meals, with a competitive PHP 30,000 monthly package plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to close deals and manage full sales cycle.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through calls, emails, chat, and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and business decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales performance metrics and quotas.
