Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP Specialist – FICO to drive configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP FICO modules aligned with finance and real estate business needs.

You will bridge Finance and IT to support SAP-driven financial processes and controls. Responsibilities include system configuration, incident resolution, and documenting specifications, with emphasis on lease accounting, project cost tracking, and real estate-related financial reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience, with real estate/finance background desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with MM/SD/PS modules and close processes.

Mansioni

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain SAP FICO modules per Finance, Treasury, and Controlling needs.
• Support lease accounting and real estate-specific functions (CAPEX/OPEX, project costing, revenue recognition).
• Develop specs, perform testing, document configurations, and train end-users.
