Job summary

Eton Properties Philippines Inc. is seeking a SAP Specialist – FICO to drive SAP FICO configuration, testing, and optimization for real estate financial processes.

The role bridges Finance and IT, ensuring accurate project costing, lease accounting, and tax reporting within SAP environments. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, PS, and Re-FX, and experience documenting specifications and conducting UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3–4+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience; real estate/construction exposure desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, PS modules and financial close processes.
• Experience writing functional/technical specifications and testing.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, implement, and maintain SAP FICO modules per finance requirements.
• Ensure lease accounting and project costing are aligned with IFRS16/PFRS16 and real estate needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to optimize processes and automate tasks.
• Support audits with data integrity and compliant documentation.
