Job summary

Ayala Land Premier in the Philippines seeks a Real Estate Salesperson to join accredited in-house sales team and market its residential, commercial, and leisure developments.

You will promote properties through ads, open houses, and sales initiatives, generate clients, build networks, and keep clients informed on market conditions, prices, and documentation.

A minimum of 72 college units and at least 1 year sales experience are required, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have completed at least 72 units in college/university.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Sales is an advantage for this position.
• Good communication and presentation skills; both oral and written
• Must have strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and market Ayala Land Premier properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Generate potential clients and forge lasting relationships with them.
• Build and sustain a solid social and professional network.
• Update clients on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements and other related matters.
• Meet the required sales target on a quarterly basis.
