You will handle leads from online channels, follow up within 24 hours, show properties, prepare basic documents, and coordinate with developers for availability and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Review projects and propose units matching budget and location.
• Share brochures or videos and explain price, promo, and payment terms.
• Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Coordinate with developers for availability and documents.
• Assist in preparing basic documents and reservations.
• Conduct site visits and viewings with clients.
• Check in after sale to explain next steps and referrals.
