The role involves assisting in the preparation of market studies, press materials, and client-ready reports, as well as contributing to business development and quarterly thought leadership publications.

Qualifications

• Economics graduate with strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in data gathering, analysis, and report preparation.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, processing and analyzing real estate market information for the Philippine market data and property databases.
• Assist in finalizing and distributing Cushman & Wakefield’s Philippine property market studies, briefings, publications, and presentations.
• Assist in preparing commissioned market research, consulting & advisory reports and related proposals for projects of interest.
• Assist in business development initiatives of RCAS in the Philippines and support global/regional offices.
• Assist in interpreting data and writing quarterly market reports and related whitepapers and publications.
• Provide support in other tasks assigned by management to carry out RCAS responsibilities.
