Job summary

Repower Energy Development Corporation in Real, Quezon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects on-site. The role requires 10+ years of construction or project management experience and a proven ability to lead teams from planning through completion.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and safety, coordinate with contractors and government offices, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Proven experience handling and managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and site coordination.
• Experienced in managing contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ability to monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in or regularly travel to Real, Quezon.
• Experience working with local contractors and government offices is an advantage.

• Manage the overall implementation and progress of construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor construction schedules, materials, manpower, and equipment
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction-related issues
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies
• Prepare and review project progress reports and documentation
