Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Zero to one year of experience required.
• Candidates with little to no prior experience in real estate encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates a high level of trainability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Graduate with Latin Honors and active in school organizations.
• Willing to be assigned in Davao.

Responsibilities

• Actively research office, retail, and industrial property listings that meet leasing requirements.
• Foster effective communication with property owners and landlords to facilitate leasing agreements.
• Establish, update, and optimize property listings in the database for accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate and organize essential documents and floor plans for leasing processes.
• Schedule site inspections for leasing associates and clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage in proactive cold calling and fieldwork to identify leasing opportunities and generate leads.
• Provide administrative support to the brokerage department.
