Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting properties through digital platforms and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update property listings across channels.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Prepare leasing documents, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing activities.
• Monitor records of available units, tenant inquiries, and leasing transactions.
• Organize leasing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory of promotional materials.
• Perform administrative and related duties as assigned.
