Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Junior Management Trainee for the marketing department. This entry-level role focuses on learning core brand strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting senior managers to prepare for leadership roles.

Ideal candidates will be fresh graduates, with Latin honors or Dean's List status, and strong communication and presentation skills to manage marketing materials and property listings effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Academic standing: top 10% of class, Dean's List, or Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
• Strong communication, presentation, and numerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting commercial properties through digital platforms, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and update property listings across various marketing channels.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Prepare leasing documents, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing activities.
• Monitor and maintain records of available units, tenant inquiries, and leasing transactions.
• Assist in organizing leasing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing collateral and ensure adequate inventory of promotional materials.
• Perform administrative and other related duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent
