Qualifications

• Fresh graduate, top 10% of class, or Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Cum Laude).
• Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills.
• High computational/numerical ability.

Responsabilités

• Assist in marketing and promoting commercial properties through digital platforms, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain and update property listings across various marketing channels.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Prepare leasing documents, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing activities.
• Monitor and maintain records of available units, tenant inquiries, and leasing transactions.
• Assist in organizing leasing events, property launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing collateral and ensure adequate inventory of promotional materials.
• Perform administrative and other related duties as assigned.

• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills, and high computational/numerical ability.

• Traits: Assertive, capable of working under pressure, and a quick learner.
