Lhoopa Inc. seeks a Real Estate Market Research Analyst to transform market signals into actionable recommendations for expanding homeownership in the Philippines.

You’ll conduct desktop research, engage with agents, and perform feasibility studies to compare our properties with the competition and identify high-potential acquisition areas. You’ll organize data in Excel, use pivot tables, and write clear reports explaining implications and recommended actions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in market research, property research, feasibility studies, or project development.
• Real estate developer experience would be useful.

Real Estate Market Research Analyst

You’ve gathered the data, compared the properties, and written the report. What would make that work more rewarding? Seeing it help decide where more families could own a home.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys finding out what’s happening in a property market—and turning that information into a clear recommendation.

You’ll help answer two questions: How do our existing properties compare with the competition? And which areas should we focus on for future acquisitions?

Your research will support a mission to make homeownership accessible to more Filipino families.

What you’ll work on

• Research competing properties and local markets through desktop research, agent inquiries, and mystery shopping.


• Compare our inventory with competing offerings to understand where we stand.


• Study potential acquisition areas and contribute to market and feasibility studies.


• Organize and analyze data in Excel, including using pivot tables.


• Write clear reports that explain your findings, their implications, and your recommendations.

There’s a mix of focused analysis and conversations here. Some days you’ll be working through spreadsheets; others, you’ll be calling agents, asking follow‑up questions, and checking details that an online listing doesn’t tell you.

What you’ll bring

You may already work in market research, property research, feasibility studies, or project development. Experience with a real estate developer would be useful, and we’re also interested in relevant research experience from other settings.

You’ll need to be comfortable:

• Interpreting data and explaining what it means.


• Writing structured reports that help someone make a decision.


• Speaking with external contacts to gather information.


• Checking sources, spotting inconsistencies, and keeping your research organized.
