PRIME Philippines is a dynamic, founder-driven real estate consultancy in the Philippines, seeking an entry-level Leasing Associate. You will research property listings, coordinate site visits, and support the brokerage team to secure leasing opportunities.

The role offers growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Primary location is Manila with possible assignment to Davao, and a strong emphasis on trainability and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Zero to one year of experience is required.
• Candidates with little to no prior experience in real estate are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates a high level of trainability and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Graduate with Latin Honor and active in school organization
• Willing to be assigned in Davao.

Responsibilities

• Actively research office, retail, and industrial property listings that align with leasing requirements.
• Foster effective communication with property owners and landlords to facilitate leasing agreements.
• Establish, update, and optimize comprehensive property listings in the database.
• Coordinate and schedule site inspections for leasing associates and clients.
• Engage in proactive cold calling and fieldwork to identify leasing opportunities and cultivate leads.
• Provide vital administrative support to the brokerage department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively research office, retail, and industrial property listings that align with the specific requirements of leasing associates.

4. Facilitate the acquisition and organization of essential documents and floor plans, streamlining the leasing process for associates
5. Expertly coordinate and schedule site inspections for leasing associates and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
6. Engage in proactive cold calling and conduct on-the-ground fieldwork to identify potential leasing opportunities and cultivate leads.
7. Provide vital administrative support to the brokerage department, contributing to its overall efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
