Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to lead site acquisition for new stores in the Philippines. You will source locations, conduct market and demographics analysis, and evaluate competitors to determine site potential.

You will liaise with property owners and brokers, develop viability reports, and coordinate lease documents while coordinating with operations, legal, finance, BD, and franchise teams for expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in property acquisition, commercial leasing, real estate, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiar with lease agreements, property docs, and market evaluation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

2. Perform market studies, analyze customer demographics, and evaluate nearby competitors to determine site potential.

3. Liaise with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers regarding property availability and lease arrangements.

4. Develop site assessment reports, financial viability analyses, and recommendations for management review and approval.

5. Coordinate and track lease contracts, permits, and other essential documents throughout the acquisition process.

6. Work closely with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, Business Development, and Franchise teams to support store expansion initiatives.

7. Maintain accurate records of prospective locations, lease expiration dates, and ongoing expansion projects.

8. Conduct field inspections to verify that potential sites meet operational requirements and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in property acquisition, commercial leasing, real estate, or business development.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

4. Familiarity with commercial lease agreements, property documentation, and market evaluation.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

6. Willingness to travel frequently and perform extensive fieldwork.

7. Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
