Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of corporate accounting, bookkeeping, or property management experience.
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
• Willing to work in Cavite.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and personal banking transactions, as well as tax compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the External Accountant regarding BIR reports, tax notices, EFPS filings, and applications for new Official Receipts (OR).
• Execute banking transactions for both corporate and personal accounts, including withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, account opening and closing, check requests, and currency exchange.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, oversee property management, tenant billing and collections, government compliance, and maintenance of company-owned real estate properties and vehicles.
• Maintain and regularly update ledger records for advances involving corporate affiliates.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary in preparing and managing essential corporate documents.
