Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) in Batangas seeks an Accounting Assistant Supervisor to oversee accounting functions onsite at Batangas City. The role requires handling bank reports, accounts payable/receivable related duties, inventory records, and regulatory filings with BIR.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with at least 3 years of experience in all facets of accounting, and must be able to start immediately. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Holder in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting.
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
• Willing to work in Batangas City.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.

Education

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
