Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Assistant Supervisor for its Santo Tomas, Batangas site. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and has at least three years of accounting experience.

This onsite role covers bank reporting, fixed assets and inventory management, and support for annual financial statements including tax filings. Schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting.
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
• Willing to work in Batangas City.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.

Education
