Job summary

S Leggate & Sons LTD is offering a farming role based at our farm near Boston, Lincolnshire. Work includes planting, harvesting, grading and packing vegetables in the field, with occasional pack house duties as required. The typical day is around 8 hours, varying with weather.

Pay is the National Living Wage per hour or piecework—whichever is greater—paid weekly, with annual wage reviews in April. Direct full‑time contact offered.
