Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This role requires hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and a minimum of 6 months in medical billing. You will handle end-to-end billing processes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Applicants without prior RCM experience will not be considered; familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, and US payer guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proven experience in medical billing, claims processing, or AR follow-up.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding (basic to intermediate level).

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Review, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims
• Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
