Job summary

Aviation Partnership Philippines in Manila is seeking Rated Aircraft Engineers to join one of the Philippines’ largest line maintenance providers.

You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and defect rectification under safety standards, contributing to safe, reliable aircraft operations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in aviation, relevant degree, RTS experience is a plus, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry preferred.
• Strong aircraft troubleshooting and defect rectification skills.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, safety standards, and procedures.
• Authorized RTS personnel experience is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance and routine aircraft checks in a safe, compliant manner.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement rectification actions as required.
• Adhere to established maintenance practices, safety standards and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring aircraft are kept airworthy and available for operations.
