Job summary

Patient First Medical Clinic and Diagnostics Center Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a senior radiology supervisor to oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure high-quality results, and optimize patient throughput.

You will enforce ALARA and radiation safety protocols, ensure staff compliance with imaging guidelines, coordinate with radiologists and clinical teams, and maintain records, calibration, and regulatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and ultrasounds.
• Implement protocols to minimize errors and repeat imaging, continuously improving imaging accuracy.
• Monitor staff compliance with imaging guidelines, ensuring effective patient preparation and adherence to standards.
• Manage scheduling to optimize patient throughput while minimizing wait times.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to prioritize urgent imaging requests and ensure timely reporting of results.

• Develop and oversee strategies to and create a supportive and empathetic patient environment.

• Ensure regular preventive maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
