Job summary

Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, position patients, and ensure imaging quality with strict adherence to safety and privacy guidelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Radiologic Technology, a valid PRC license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Responsibilities include equipment checks, cooperation with radiologists, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
• Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) with a valid PRC License.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Proficient in digital and analog radiography systems.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, imaging protocols, and diagnostic interpretation basics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and obtain consent before imaging.
• Explain procedures clearly and address patient concerns for informed cooperation.
• Prepare and position patients for optimal imaging with minimal discomfort.
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays) per physician orders.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity during procedures.
• Operate radiologic equipment and perform pre-use checks.
• Ensure radiation safety with protective devices and shielding.
• Input patient information and exam data into the system; report to radiologists.
