Job summary

Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist with a PRC license and at least 2 years in a primary radiology lab. Must have 2D echo certification and strong patient communication skills.

Responsibilities include exam setup, image generation, safety compliance, and coordination with physicians. Proficiency with the Radiology Information System and MS Office is expected, along with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology is required.
• Active PRC license as RRT is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a primary lab.
• Experience and certification in 2D echo is a MUST.
• RPO training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent, addressing queries.
• Position patients, set scan parameters, and ensure image quality.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
• Generate and review diagnostic images and liaise with physicians.
• Maintain radiology supplies and monitor inventory.
• Prepare and submit monthly purchase requests for supplies.
• Maintain equipment through regular checks and scheduled maintenance.
• Assist Clinic Operations Manager with FDA documents for regulatory compliance.
• Assist Radiologists in ultrasound procedures

• experience and certification in 2D echo is a MUST
• Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) training is plus
• Proficient in imaging procedures, equipment, and instrumentation
• Ability to navigate computer systems and software for performing imaging tests accurately and efficiently (Radiology Information System) and equipped with basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook)
• Physical capability to handle weighty equipment without external aid
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Sets up examination rooms by ensuring equipment is ready, there is availability of fresh sets of patients gowns and linens, and dressing cubicles/procedure areas are sanitized
• Communicates with patients, explains procedures, ensures every patient is comfortable and consents to procedure, and addresses queries
• Positions patients, selects appropriate scan settings, and ensures image clarity
• Strictly adheres to safety protocols and norms, minimizing radiation exposure
• Generates and reviews diagnostic images, liaises with physicians, and maintains patient records
• Ensures timely availability of radiographic supplies and monitors stocks and inventory
• Prepares & submits request for purchase to OM on a monthly scheduled basis for supplies/consumables replenishment
• Maintains equipment by performing regular checks, executing scheduled maintenance with Biomed or Equipment supplier, and escalating prompt emergency repairs
• Assists Clinic Operations Manager in preparing all FDA documents and permits related to radiology for regulatory compliance
• Assist Radiologists in ultrasound procedures
