Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking an Analyst – Record to Report to join our Finance Global Business Services team. You will perform accounting and reporting activities across the Record to Report cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

You will support month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity, collaborate with finance teams, and help drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, or related accounting function.
• Fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and month-end close support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Record to Report activities: post journal entries, accruals, and other accounting transactions.
• Manage reconciliations and financial close processes across month-end/quarter-end/year-end.
• Analyze discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
