Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in accounting operations or shared services.
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or specialist accounting roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounting Operations team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Supervise supervisors and specialists for accurate, timely tasks.
• Oversee GL, Fixed Assets, Inter-Group Accounting, Bank Reconciliation and Period End Close.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and drive process improvements.
• Coach team members for future Nestlé roles and ensure audit compliance.
