Job summary

Manufacturing in America in Pasig is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to support R&D trials and ensure adherence to approved schedules. You will prepare, operate, and adjust production equipment, follow standard procedures, and verify materials used.

Based on-site at H3JR+86M, 538 Jenny's Ave, Pasig, you will monitor machine performance, document input–process–output data, report issues to R&D and Maintenance teams, and perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Vocational or college level education completed.
• 2–5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable about machines and computers; good problem solving.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Technician background is an advantage and mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate and adjust production equipment per procedures.
• Ensure only approved materials are used in trials.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality with regular checks.
• Document input–process–output data, processing time, delays and issues.
• Report equipment issues to R&D and Maintenance Engineering Teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
