Mama Sita's in Pasig City is seeking a Machine Operator to support R&D trials and assist in production. You will operate, adjust production equipment, and ensure materials follow procedures.

You will monitor machine performance, document input-process-output data, report issues to R&D and Maintenance, and perform related duties. The role requires shifting schedules and teamwork in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable about machines and computers; strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks and work in shifting schedules.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.

Responsabilidades

Main Job Description With Duties & Responsibilities

The position is responsible for supporting R&D trials in accordance with the approved trial schedule. Duties include preparing, operating, and adjusting production equipment, following standard procedures, and ensuring that only approved materials are used. The Machine Operator is tasked to monitor machine performance and product quality through regular checks and promptly reports any unusual observations or equipment issues to R&D and Maintenance Engineering Team for necessary action. All trial activities, including input-process-output data, processing time, delays, and machine-related issues, are accurately documented. The position also performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• Vocational, or College level
• With 2-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Knowledgeable of machines, computers, problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate well with others
• With technician background is an advantage
• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to perform the repetitive task for extended periods
• Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
• Willing to Work in Pasig City
