Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support R&D trials in accordance with the approved trial schedule.
• Prepare, operate, and adjust production equipment following standard procedures.
• Ensure that only approved materials are used.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality; report issues to R&D and Maintenance Engineering.
• Document input–process–output data, processing times, delays and equipment issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The position is responsible for supporting R&D trials in accordance with the approved trial schedule. Duties include preparing, operating, and adjusting production equipment, following standard procedures, and ensuring that only approved materials are used. The Machine Operator is tasked to monitor machine performance and product quality through regular checks and promptly reports any unusual observations or equipment issues to R&D and Maintenance Engineering Team for necessary action. All trial activities, including input–process–output data, processing time, delays, and machine-related issues, are accurately documented. The position also performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience

• Vocational, or College level
• With 2-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
• Knowledgeable of machines, computers, problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate well with others
• With technician background is an advantage
• Mechanically inclined
• Willing to perform the repetitive task for extended periods
• Willing to work in Shifting Schedule
• Willing to Work in Pasig City
