Job summary

JC Premiere Business International Inc is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee R&D and Quality Assurance in our food manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will lead a team of specialists in product development, GMP/HACCP compliance, and process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in R&D or QA supervision, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary, Nutrition, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in R&D Supervisor or QA Supervisor roles in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and product development processes.
• Experience in product formulation, testing, and commercialization.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; good in data handling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects: new product development, improvement, and cost optimization.
• Supervise formulation, testing, raw material sourcing, and presentations to management.
• Monitor industry trends and ingredient innovations to boost competitiveness.
• Oversee QA team implementing GMP, HACCP, and quality systems.
• Ensure products, materials, and packaging meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate internal audits, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols across facilities.
• Ensure adherence to documentation, SOPs, labeling, and certifications.
• Provide technical support to Marketing, Procurement, and Operations.
• Develop department goals and foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
