Job summary

Square Pharmaceutical, Inc is seeking a qualified professional to drive product introduction and technology transfer to production. The role focuses on pilot batches, process characterization, and packaging material development to support new product launches.

You will prepare process validation plans, execute characterizations, generate reports, and ensure GMP compliance across all activities, while identifying improvements using current technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biochemistry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, technical writing, analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in product development or process validation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new products and facilitate technology transfer to production.
• Execute product introduction activities such as pilot batch compounding and process characterization.
• Develop and monitor packaging materials for new products.
• Prepare process validation controls and sampling plans.
• Execute process characterization and validation of all products.
• Prepare validation reports and align process-related concerns with Master BPRs/PDRs.
• Prepare cleaning validation protocols and reports.
• Improve formulation and process of existing products using current technology.
• Create technical specifications for new raw materials and packaging materials; improve existing specs.
• Meet targets and deliver results through planning, organizing and task completion.
• Ensure GMP compliance at all times.

• Preferably have an experience in Product Development; Process Validation

Responsibilities

• Introduce new products and facilitate technology transfer to production
• Execute all activities relevant to Product Introduction such as pilot batch compounding, process characterization, etc.
• Develop and monitor packaging materials for product introduction
• Prepare process validation controls and process characterization sampling plans
• Execute process characterization and validation of all products
• Provide process characterization and validation reports and align process related concern on the creation of Master BPRs/PDRs
• Prepare cleaning validation protocols, execute cleaning validation of all products and provide its corresponding reports
• Improve formulation and process of existing products adopting current or latest technology
• Creates technical specifications for new raw materials and packaging materials, new products, and improve existing specifications
• To meet targets/deliver results through responsible planning, organizing and completing tasks assigned
• Ensure strict compliance to GMP requirements all the time
